Your Order
Congratulations! Your goods are on the way. Now what?
Keep an eye out for your Order Confirmation email. This will be sent to your inbox as soon as you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that our warehouse has received your order and it is ready to be shipped.

Visual Experience
1. Navigate to Visual Experience.
2. Select Order Status.
3. Look up your order by entering your order number or the phone number associated with your order.
4. Enter your phone number or order number, email address, and billing zip code.
5. View Status and Shipment information.
6. Select Track Order to view current tracking information for all items in your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Note: Items in your order may ship from separate warehouses, so keep an eye out for multiple tracking numbers.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, we are not able to make any changes or cancel your order.
Occasionally we have to cancel products or orders due to processing errors. If this happens, we will notify you by email immediately and you will not be charged.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card
We accept the following cards:

Paying with Apple Pay
Checkout faster, easier and more securely with Apple Pay. You can pay with Apple Pay linked to a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. Please note Apple Pay is only available when shopping on an Apple device.*
To pay using Apple Pay, select the Apple Pay icon at checkout. Make sure you enter any promo codes or gift card credit before proceeding to the Apple Pay screen.
Verify your order details and double check your shipping information is correct before confirming. Complete your order with Touch ID or by entering your passcode.
*If you're using Apple Pay on a Mac, you will only see this payment option available on Safari while using Mac OS Sierra or new operation systems.
Paying through PayPal
We partner with PayPal to offer secure payment options. PayPal is an online payment service which allows you to pay with your credit or debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant and they offer 100% protection against unauthorized payments from your account.

Paying through Google Pay
When you shop online, you can pay faster using your credit card securely stored in Google Pay. With Google Pay, you don’t have to enter your card info every time.
At checkout, tap the Google Pay button. If asked, choose a payment method, and enter your shipping address. Verify your order details and double check your shipping information is correct before confirming. Complete your order by tapping “Pay.”
